Electro-Dermal Stress Analysis (EDS)
Computerized Electro-Dermal Stress Analysis is the end-product of a 50-year evolution in Biological-Energetic/Biofeedback analysis. The technique is understood, accepted, and widely used in the most progressive institutions throughout the world.
It is based on the Chinese medical theory that energy flows through the acupuncture meridians. At times there are blockages in these energy meridians which impact the body. During the past 50 years, doctors have identified the interrelationship between acupuncture point measurement and individual organs and tissues.
The computerized Electro-Dermal Stress Analysis technology (recently in its second generation software release: VITAL ™) Is very similar to biofeedback. It has been endorsed by many doctors and dentists in the U.S., including Roy Curtin, Ph.D. of Brigham Young University, Fuller Royal M.D.,Nevada, and Jim Hawver, N.M.D. of Bremen, Georgia.

How can Electro-Dermal Stress Analysis help you?
VITAL™ searches out the very root cause of your medical condition. By using the energetic pathways of your body (i.e. acupuncture meridians) VITAL™ can oftentimes aid in uncovering current, or pre-existing conditions, as well as their effects on the body, long before most medical tests (such as blood and urine analysis, X-rays, and electro cardiagrams).
How does it work?
The computer measures the degree of electrical resistance of the acupuncture points (generally the hands and feet). These measurements indicate balances or imbalances in the various organ systems of the body and can detect low level reactions. It also indicates which nutritional or homeopathic remedy, and the exact potency, that will bring about an energy balance. VITAL™ can also monitor the client’s progress.
Note: There are no side effects with proper use of VITAL™. No piercing of the skin, no discomfort, and no electrical impulses are felt during the screening.

How long does the EDS screening take?
Typically for a new client, we like to reserve a couple of hours.
What do I need to do to prepare for a screening?
Drink at least 3-4 glasses of water and make sure you do not have any hand creams on.
Does it hurt?
NO, not at all. The process is painless.
What can I expect?
Quite honestly, you can expect to find answers. You will go home with a printed copy of everything that showed up on the screening: including but not limited to initial screenings, what issues you are dealing with and any protocols.
